Hello and thanks for visiting my web site.  I’ve had this domain (musix4me.com) since the 1990s and have housed a number of variations on this site there.  Originally, the idea was a business site but that quickly became unreasonable as I had no experience and no-one was interested in helping out.  So I dedicated this space to my personal expression.  It think, in the end, it was for the best.

Within my site, I hope you will learn good things about me, about music and share in what I know about computers and teaching.  Some other sites, which are extensions of this one, are teachers.musix4me.com and www.abeautifulface.com.

So something about me, I guess.  Well, I am an elementary music school teacher in Henry County, Virginia.  I never expected to end up here (how many times has that been said?) but I am happy.  I’ve always known that I wanted a family but never knew exactly how much I would love being around kids until I started this job.  They rock!  They will often be the subject of my blog (linked in Interests below).

I am generally well educated and take care of myself.  I run three to five miles around three times a week and work out at the gym as well.  I don’t mind a casual drink or two and appreciate good conversation (intelligent, meaningful conversation).  Personally, I’m a very cuddly and sharing person, but publicly I don’t like strangers touching me (kids needing attention do not bother me).  I enjoy board games and doing magic tricks for people.  On a scale from outgoing-party monster to introvert-recluse, I’d be right about middle, leaning a little more towards introvert rather than party monster.
